He has been successful in developing and executing multi-year cybersecurity strategies, enabling cyber resilient and compliant systems, creating an organization-wide cybersecurity culture and governance model to effectively manage risk, enabling business transformation to support corporate growth, building and leading Red Team/Purple Team programs. Since 2012, Heliand has been part of NATO Locked Shields exercise development and execution team as a Red Team Technical lead.
