Ertan is a cybersecurity professional with over 10 years of experience, primarily in the banking sector. He currently serves as CISO at Isbank Kosova and also works as a project-based consultant on ISO/SAE 21434 (Automotive Cybersecurity) with DigIT Business GmbH.

His expertise includes IT governance, risk assessment, ISO 27001 compliance, vulnerability analysis, and cloud security. Throughout his career, he has held roles such as System Administrator, Senior IT Auditor, and Cyber Security Manager.

Ertan is an active member of the Cyber Security Committee of the Kosovo Banking Association and regularly contributes to regional efforts on cyber resilience.
